📅 Standard Cancellation Policy (Direct Bookings)
Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in date.
50% charge for cancellations made 3–6 days before check-in.
No refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or for no-shows.
💳 Refunds
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 working days.
Bank charges or transaction fees (if any) are non-refundable.
⚠️ Modifications & Early Check-Out
Date changes are subject to availability and must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
Early check-out is considered a cancellation for unused nights and is non-refundable.
🌀 Force Majeure
In the event of natural disasters, government travel bans, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control:
Guests may be eligible for a credit voucher or reschedule, subject to management discretion.
Refunds may be offered in certain cases, minus transaction fees.
🧾 For OTA (Online Travel Agent) Bookings
If your reservation was made via third-party platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Agoda, etc.), please refer to their respective cancellation policies, as they may differ from our direct booking policy.
